Our Hydraulic Brake System looks like a smaller version of a current production aircraft brake. This Hydraulic Brake retrofit kit, can be used on many homebuilt aircraft with a gross weight of up to 1200 pounds (KR, Sonerai, etc.).

The calipers are a dual sided brake that press against both sides of the disk. Used with Azusa 5" or 6" wheels or can be adapted to other bolt patterns. It will fit: 3/4" or 5/8" standard axles. But, there is enough material around the caliper retainer so it can be machined out for a 1" or 1.250" aircraft style axle.

The complete Hydraulic Brake Kit weighs only 5.75 pounds,
less the wheels!

Master Cylinders are $45.95 each (can be used as heel or toe brakes).
Tube & hardware kit is $12.95 each.
