This exhaust system is designed to fit a wide variety of VW powered homebuilt aircraft. Some slight modifications of the exhaust system may be necessary to adapt it to your engine installation.

The exhaust system should only be attached to the heads with the exhaust nuts furnished with this system. Steel nuts will rust in place and strip or pull the head stud out when removed.

This exhaust system is painted with flat black paint only to prevent rust. We recommend that you use a high temp paint or have the system plated to prolong it's life.

Once you have fit your exhasut and completed any additional welding or bending, etc. - we recommend you send your "Dune Buggy Exhaust System" to Jet Hot Coatings at 1-800-432-3379. It will last the life of your aircraft.


>Note: If you determine that this system will not work on your aircraft, it can be returned in it's original condition with in 30 days of purchase.
