82mm Forged Crankshaft

82mm Forged Crankshaft. The only one like it made specifically for aircraft use. Crankshaft is made from a one piece billet of 4340 steel and machined by SCAT Enterprises to our specifications. Crank features a milled slot for crank gears instead of a woodruff key, the nose of the crank features a milled slot that is 180 degrees from the crankshaft gear slot. It also features a 1/2" fine thread prop hub retaining thread instead of the 20mm thread found on standard cranks. This thread is machined into the crank almost 3" and does not have any retaining threads for the first inch. Price includes Force One tapering machine work.

69mm Rebuilt VW German Crankshaft

Stock 69mm Rebuilt VW German Crankshaft. These crankshafts are original VW German manufacture and re-machined to .010" or .020" for aircraft use. Crankshafts are made from a one piece forging of 1045 steel. Each crankshaft undergoes Quality Control inspection before considered for use in aircraft conversions.
