Our Hydraulic Brake retrofit kit, can be used
on many homebuilt aircraft with a gross weight of up to 1200 pounds (KR,
Sonerai, etc.).
The calipers have two brake pucks that press against both sides of the disk.
They are built to be used with Azusa 5" or 6" wheels or can be
adapted to other bolt patterns. The kit will fit: 3/4" or 5/8"
standard axles, and we put enough material around the caliper retainer so
it can be machined out for a 1" or 1.250" aircraft style axle. |
