Orders can be placed via the World Wide Web with the use of our Shopping Cart at www.gpasc.com. Or via the mail with the use of a Money Order, Certified Check or Personal Check. MasterCard or Visa credit card number, name on card, expiration date, CV2 Code and credit card Billing Address. Western Union Transfers are also accepted (call or email for required information). Personal checks and bank drafts are welcome but will delay your order until your personal check clears your bank (7 to 14 days).
Orders may be telephoned or faxed by using the numbers above. All Nebraska residents and any orders that are received in NE will be charged 7% sales tax.

Every effort has been made to proof read our catalog for errors in pricing and information prior to publishing. Please recognize that mistakes can be made and that prices do change. If you feel an error has been made in pricing, please call or write Great Plains to check current catalog pricing. Current prices are listed on our web site in the Products Catalog/Shopping Cart.
We stock about 80% of the items in our catalog, but those items manufactured in speciality shops, such as mounts, exhaust systems, fiberglass products and those items manufactured to adapt our products with other manufacturers parts, are not kept in stock. This is due to the limited sales of these items (i.e., only ordered once a year). If an item is back ordered, we will do the best we can to expedite your order. Orders requiring machine work take a minimum of two weeks In House, before return shipment.
Orders are shipped via UPS, US Postal Service and DB Schenker. Shipping of orders is completed twice weekly. Normal service by ground is 2 to 7 working days depending upon your location in the US. Most books and videos are sent by US Priority Mail. Actual shipping costs will be charged to the customer at the time of shipment. Crated items will incur a crating fee.
Please Note: We are not responsible for third party shipments. We will ship to the freight forwarder designated, but any loss or damage will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Ownership of goods transfers to the customer upon shipping. We WILL NOT fill out any Third Party Paperwork. We only provide the Proforma Invoice.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We specialize in shipping of international orders. Whether you are based in Argentina or Zimbabwe, we can get your order to you in a prompt, insured and cost effective manner. Many smaller packages can be shipped by insured mail via the US Postal Service. DB Schenker and UPS have overseas delivery network also. Larger packages are shipped by overseas contract carriers with full insurance. Be sure to include your country and city code when inquiring about shipping costs. Shipping quotes are valid for 14 days. International shipping costs do not include local duties, customs or local VAT.
We ask that you do not order parts that you do not intend to keep. Exchanges or refunds will be allowed up Until 30 days after date of sale. There are NO REFUNDS allowed on engine kits, parts where machine work has been completed, printed materials, electronic kits, or any part that has been USED, MODIFIED or INSTALLED by the customer. Special order parts are not returnable. To offset the direct cost of handling returned merchandise that has been correctly shipped by us, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Please call prior to returning merchandise. A Return Authorization Number is required to return merchandise back to us. Merchandise returned without an RA Number will be returned to the customer. For returned items, the customer pays for shipping costs and will not be reimbursed for any shipping costs. Returns without an RA will be returned at the customers expense or we will refuse delivery.

We value you as a customer and make every effort to please you when a problem is encountered. Our business is selling experimental aircraft parts. There is no warranty for these parts, implied or intended. Great Plains Aircraft will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages including direct or indirect labor, lodging, repair, medical or legal expenses incurred by a customer, or any agent of the customer. We sell experimental, non-FAA approved aircraft parts, as they pertain to use on homebuilt aircraft. The user is responsible for the entire RISK of quality and performance of their homebuilt aircraft. When a customer accepts a part from Great Plains Aircraft for use on their aircraft, this acceptance of that part by the customer for use, insures the quality of that part.
Collection of Information. We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill you specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request.
