Vertex Magneto
	The Vertex Magneto is the oldest VW magneto based ignition system going. The mag simply plugs in to the stock VW distributor hole. You will need the pinion gear also if you use this. The Vertex Mag is commonly used on aircraft where the engine is bolted to the firewall and no room exists on the back side of the firewall for a protruding Slick Magneto. Use in aircraft that also have large cowlings such as the Nieuport. Vertical height of the Vertex is about 12".
